Since years I have prepared Scandinavian and world wide cuisine during various retreats around the globe. The food I serve is flavorful, organic, nutritious and beautiful. I forage many wild plants and grow vegetables my self or order from local farmers. Cooked and raw foods are served with healthy desserts and natural beverages varying by season.
This food is a beautiful complement on retreats, courses and similar events.
The wild flora is a common thread in my cuisine. Wild plants have an interesting range of flavors and their medicinal properties bring meals to another level.
